Shipping Information
We take great care in preparing and packing every order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after cleared payment.
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding postal holidays.
Orders paid by eCheck will ship only after the payment has fully cleared.
U.S. Shipping
U.S. orders are shipped via US Postal Service Ground or Priority Mail, depending on the item and destination.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after shipment, though actual delivery times may vary.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
Estimated delivery times are generally 7–10 business days, however international shipments may take 3–5 weeks or longer due to customs processing and international postal conditions.
Please note that shipping times for international orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international postal services.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged and shipped in a protective bubble mailer.
We use the most economical and reliable shipping method unless special instructions are requested.
Insurance
Orders are not insured by default.
If you would like to add shipping insurance for loss or damage, please contact us before shipment. We will be happy to provide an invoice for the additional cost.
Responsibility for Delays
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs agencies. We do not have control over domestic or international postal systems once a package is in transit.
