Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

the item must be returned in its original packaging

a receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at sunnybeachjewelry@gmail.com before returning your item.
Restocking Fee
Please note that some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This may apply in the following situations:

Non-defective items returned due to change of mind or personal preference

Items returned without original packaging or with signs of wear

Custom or personalized items returned in resalable condition
This fee helps cover the cost of inspection, cleaning, and repackaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
